Based in Dubai, Timepiece360 is an online platform dedicated to pre-owned luxury watches in the UAE and across the world. We facilitate the buying, selling and trading of pre-owned luxury watches.

Our timepieces are all guaranteed authentic by our in-house service centre, TP LABS. They go through a comprehensive multi-point inspection and are carefully serviced (if required) with only authentic original parts.
All photos used in our listings are taken in-house.
Timepiece360 is not an authorized dealer of any watch brands that are listed here on Chrono24.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted through in-store direct payment, Chrono24 Trusted Checkout, or direct Bank Transfer.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on all orders shipped to the UAE.
We ship internationally using DHL. International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping along with the custom taxes and/or duties of the receiving country.
WARRANTY
All of our watches include a 1 Year Warranty on the movement of the watch (If manufacturer warranty no longer applies). The warranty does not cover loss, theft, minor cosmetic damage to your watch.
RETURNS
We only accept returns if you receive the item and it is not as described. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will take the watch back within seven days of purchase, as long as everything is returned in the exact same condition it was delivered. If the return does not happen within seven days of purchase, or if it is not returned in the same condition, there is a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or simply not liking the way the watch looks.
